  • So went into my local branch on Mckellips and greenfield to inquire about a auto loan and what I could do with my current auto loan I have with another bank. I only owe )1,600 on that loan. So I wanted to know what options I had. I was helped by a girl, Ashley, no last name was given. Told her my situation just for her to tell me their was nothing I could do. Really? Two mins of your time and that was your only option for me. Come on. I have multiple accounts for a few years with DSCU. Very disappointed with this branch. Very untrained, rude, and no sense if customer service. Felt like I was intruding on her quite time beings the place wasn't busy. Changing to another credit union. Thank you Ashley.
