I made a phone call to this operation and got a call center. I wasn't sure if they had outsourced it or not but they were friendly to start. Then they asked for $25 bucks for a service call visit. Most companies don't charge for a service call. The lady assured me that I'd have a $50 credit on any work done if they did the work. I asked them for an hourly rate and they said they didn't have one.
So then i was put on hold and the owner Dan Taylor got on the call. He was rude, brash, and defensive. He argued that no person in this business would ever ask for an hourly rate. i mentioned most folks don't charge for a service call. I asked him for some info on some of his flat rates and if they were published. He would not disclose the list but we went through some examples
We scheduled an appointment and 30 minutes later, his team called to cancel the order. He said he had the right to refuse service to anyone. He does have that right but I've sill been pre-authorized for $25.
This company is rude, the previous reviews follow a similar pattern of bad service, arrogant attitude by an owner, despite friendly and nice front office phone people. Buyer beware! Keep them away from your house. I've heard rumors that they will also come by if you don't choose them to rough up your units. Be careful!
BTW they have another phone number so look out for this as well 702.900.1906
July 18th, 2016 update.
So after this review was posted, someone broke into our sliding door window. It's highly suspicious but the police are on the case and we have to wonder if it's Dan's team. Innocent until proven guilty but that's what you might expect from Priority.
