  • Purchased a detail package through this location and waited over 4 hours for my small, 4 door vehicle to get detailed. Getting past the long wait wouldn't have been an issue if the vehicle was at the very least left immaculate, however, I noticed many areas inside my vehicle weren't cleaned or touched at all. My visor still had residue which would have been easily removable with a wet wipe. Steering wheel and console area were left untouched. Worst part is, they wouldn't issue a refund or at the least a courtesy discount. The manager there has no sense of how to run a business and has extremely poor customer service. Very displeased and will not be returning to this location or this company ever again.
