  • I started going to Élan years ago under the original dentist. Since he left it has been an endless stream of dentists under the corporate structure. They "upsell" services that are not covered by insurance, not needed (based at least on my history), and neglect to tell you that until they bill you. The hygienist has also changed and my last cleaning felt like a complete waste of time. I'm considering making an appointment with a new dentist for a checkup and another cleaning.
