  • I'd give this store a one star if I could! I'm so angry at this place I'd advise everybody not to shop here. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I bought a pair of pants and after I wore them for a day I washed them and than put them in the dryer. When I pulled them out they were half the size. There were absolutely no washing instructions that said Do not Dry! So I just went into the store to return them or exchange them for ones I won't dry next time, and I was told once they are washed the are unreturnable. So I guess I just through my money down the drain. Thanks Ross for pissing off a loyal customer, guess I'll be taking my business to your neighbor Bealls!!
