  • Do not be deceived by the area or price their work is not up to par. Been getting gel full sets for years therefore I know how I like my nails. This place did an awful job especially for $55, $5 for a design, $50 for the set plus tip. Came in on a Friday morning to shockingly find them busy. Now at this point one of two things are running through my mind, one maybe they do a great job since their so busy or two they are going to be in such a rush they are going to do a crap job. Should've gone with my instincts. My first problem arose when the girl that was putting on my acrylics seemed to not know how to do it.... once she finished a woman named Helen came over and started shaping my nails. At this point I get uncomfortable because generally only one person starts and finishes my nails but they seem to be passing me along. Helen mentions to me that she will give me her card to call them for an appointment so next time only she will work on my nails since they are busy frequently. Lastly she passed me to Jessica which painted my nails. Jessica is a pleasant young lady which made my experience enjoyable although at this point I'm feeling rather disappointed. Within two days the studs start coming off which irritated me since they start getting tangled in things. Went back during my break to see about getting them fixed. Get there, got told by Juan I had to wait 30 minutes. Obviously at this point I begin to get over it so I decide I just want a refund and I'll go somewhere else. Waited patiently to discuss the matter which was addressed to Juan who then said they couldn't give me anything I'd have to come back the next day to see Helen since she collected the money. Which is poor service know they will not refund you your money if the tech is not working. Juan decides to work on my nails to try to salvage them, he tells me my nails are shaped bigger that's why they come out looking fatter. Which ticked me off because this statement is false you just don't know how to do nails apparently. He finishes them a solid color, no design although I originally paid extra for that. Anyways to make a long unpleasant story short if you are used to getting a good nail job just find a better salon.
