Let me start by saying this has been the most horrible furniture shopping experience that I have encountered. They have attempted to deliver broken items on five different occasions, and have provided horrible customer service! I have been pushed around from the store to corporate, without a resolution. When I enter the store to address my issues they hand me a business card, and tell me to contact the store manager Alex. He has pushed me onto corporate and the warehouse, whom in return send me back to the store. There isn't any transparency in the company between departments and they play the blame game. They are trying to charge me for items that aren't even in my home! I rejected the items and was told that I'm responsible for the payments because they have been delivered. However, I've explained on numerous occasions that I don't have those items. I'm made to feel that I'm an inconvenience and I should be satisfied with broken defective items! Please take your business elsewhere, and trust me from my personal experience it has led to many emotional moments and confusion!
I have been contacted by management and corporate on several occasions since this review! And as of today 9-18-2017 they picked up the head board from my home. I have called the store 4 times and corporate twice (I left a voicemail for John at corporate? He told me he would call me back Friday before the end of the business day and still haven't heard back. I'm now on hold with customer service and they have no clue what I'm talking about! They expect me to continue to make payments on items that aren't in my home! What a nightmare! They continue to tell me that I am responsible for the agreement that I signed, yet they aren't holding up to theirs!
