  • I wanted to like this place, I really did. In town from CA to help some family members move, and the Great Dane is right down the street. Went there Fri and Sat nights for a few pints and carry out. Fri night - nice atmosphere, nice time, and a very good steak salad to go. Sat night - ruined by an entire soccer team of 10 year old kids coming in during the Michigan football game and sitting at the bar. On college football Saturday at 6:45pm? Really? What "pub" allows kids to sit at the bar on a Saturday night? And we're talking 15 kids, I counted. Hello, manager? How do the 10 year old boys sitting around the bar on Saturday night help your bottom line? Totally ruined my experience there. Oh, and the cheddar mac w/ buffalo chicken that I ordered to go basically sucked. Should've stuck w/ the steak salad.
