I took a class at Barre3 while visiting from out of town. Barre fitness classes are usually my workout of choice in the morning before work since you don't have to worry about having to wash your hair immediately afterwards--just add dry shampoo and go! I've been a regular at places like the Bar Method, Exhale Barre Core Fusion, Physique 57, Pure Barre, Pop Physique, the Dailey Method, etc. and at all of which were a better workout than Barre3. There was just something about the atmosphere of this studio that I didn't vibe with and I felt like I didn't work out at all afterwards. One of my biggest pet peeves was that the instructor worked out with the class instead of instructing. This is the opposite from the Bar Method where the instructor knows everyone's name in class and is focused on giving out corrections and adjustments. I was disappointed in Barre3 to say the least..
