This negative review is solely on their customer service. I called ahead to ask if they had the item I was looking for (gel food coloring, and yes they did) and was told they would transfer me over to a representative who knows the answer. I was put on hold for 7 minutes until I finally hung up and called again. There was no apology that they forgot to pick up the phone when I called again, I was transferred to the representative who told me he didn't know but would go check in the store, 5 minutes later I was still on hold yet again. Finally another lady noticed a call on hold and picked up the call. At last she was able to answer my question. 20 minutes later I got my answer, it should not have taken that long.
Moral of the story: be prepared to wait if you need anything. Poor customer service.
