After standing line for 45 minutes today I wasn't able to get my prescription. Sydney I'm assuming the head pharmacist told me due to my insurance card not having the pharmacy information I would not be able to apply the insurance coverage. I currently have medicaid blue cross blue shield and this has never been an issue before. I'm assuming she was unwilling to do the necessary steps to get the number because the card I received is the only card I have ever gotten. There has to be a way to get the necessary information. On top of Sydney not doing her job by the time I got to the front of the line the pharmacy was closing so I'm sure that played a factor in the quality of service she was willing to show. Over all I was not satisfied with the services and the nasty attitude I received from Sydney. I will not be using walgreens pharmacy in the future.
