I would describe Assembly Chef's Hall as a bougie cafeteria. I really liked what I saw and what I had! I wasn't very hungry so I ended up getting a small salad from the Vietnamese stall that was there (I don't recall the name of the place ). There is a bar at the very end of the hall and not many places to grab seats (for obvious reasons as the place serves food from some of the top Toronto restauranteurs). Will be coming back with an empty stomach to try out more of the places there!
