  • This company has no shame. I was signed up for the Sunday paper which they included the Wednesday paper along with Fri and Sat. I really just wanted Sunday's for the coupons and ads. I did the 52 week for 52 dollar deal. When my subscription ran out, they decided for me to continue my service then hit me up with a bill for around 13 dollars a month. I can't believe legally they can do that but I never contacted them to stop it cuz it's a waste of my time. So they end up calling me and asking for the money and I said no, and wanted me to continue service. Now they call me once every one to two weeks to give me their special price. Sorry, their paper price doubled and I won't pay that ridiculous amount. I asked them twice to remove my name but it didn't stop them calling a third time, I told the lady to stop calling and remove my name from their list. She got smart with me and said she personally never called me before. The idiot couldn't comprehend that in general, I did not want to receive a call from anyone from this stupid company period. They sure know how to burn bridges with their past subscribers.
