Went to dealership on Sat June 3rd around 2:30pm to look at bikes and more then likely start the process to purchase. There were other customers but really was not very busy. Was in the store approximately 20 min. One sales employee did say hi but walked passed us in a hurry only to go lean on a counter to bury his face in his cell phone. Another employee was more interested in walking a weiner dog around the show room. Really felt out of place and uncomfortable. Almost like we were not supposed to be there. Maybe there was a secret password or something. We did go to another dealership in town to look at the Indians and the experience was the exact opposite. My opinion is that dealership needs extensive customer service training. While I would like a new Harley Davidson I will not go back.
