  • I am reviewing this place based on my experience with waxing. I saw Judy several times. I am indifferent about my experiences. Judy is good at what she does, she is efficient and makes you feel comfortable. However, the last 2 times I made an appointment with her, she was running over 30 minutes behind (she also did not seem very sympathetic or apologetic about it either when she finally brought me back). The last time, I waited 45 minutes actually, and had to leave because I was going to be late for work. I never received a call back from the salon or her offering to make up for this issue. I find that unacceptable. Her prices are not too bad though, compared to others in the C-U area. Most brazilian waxes cost 55-65, hers are only 45. I have come to realize it may not be worth the wait though.
