  • I've used them the last few years to buy firewood. Always a good experience. Until today. Went in with $20.00 and just wanted a small amount of firewood, and to get a quote for our front yard tree trim. Guy said they only did $40.00 minimum for wood now. Then he had a meeting with I guess the manager 10 feet away from me and said they'd allow it this time. One of the weirdest interactions I've had when you're trying to give a company business. So I walked out not giving them any. Their loss of probably $300.00 worth of work and more in referrals.
