  • Unfortunately I just got to deal with the customer service of these people. I get a quote from this company and am trying to setup a time for him to do it and getting no response. I decided to call before the end of the day and was amazed at the things this guy has to say. I asked what kind of film he was going to use and agreed with him about ceramic not making that much of a difference after I did some research. Apparently that makes his wife think that I am too picky and he flat out said that to me. You are going to tint some windows on $300k Rv I want to know what kind of film you are going to use. I understood what you said about the edges not being perfect and said that wouldn't be a problem if the corners lifted up after having sliding Windows move over the tint. If you can't do a job be upfront about it don't ask questions and make someone think that you would actually do it. I'm still blown away that your wife said I am too picky I never spoke to her and asked you 2 questions!!! WTF?!?!? Obviously it is beyond your ability and you should have said so.
