Is it possible to give a -5 stars???........please make sure you know exactly what you want because the staff is not knowledgeable.....or just don't care. It's clearly obvious that the staff work on commission which means they are more worried about quantity of sales than quality of customer service. Took a power supply out of my Dell desktop and went to Micro center to purchase a replacement the sales person who assisted me glanced at the power supply that I had with me, did not check the serial number or ask me the model of Dell desktop that it came from......he went to a shelf, grabbed a power supply and handed it to me, not before he started helping another customer......but he made sure he put the sticker with his name on my item showing that he made the sell.........well true enough when I got home the power supply did not work, took the item back to the store and spoke with a different rep who advised me that usually to obtain replacement parts for a Dell you would have to contact Dell directly.......I was refunded my money but was unable to locate the original sells rep.
Yea they do have some good deals but it's not worth the cost of excellent customer service......I'd rather go to Best Buy
