  • Now, I've been in Diamonds Direct a handful of times - browsing, helpful hubs find his wedding ring, browsing, drooling, etc. Really, our best experience can be told only from hubs' perspective, so I'll let him relay that in his review. If you're looking for any type of diamond, or lovely jewelry for that matter, Diamonds Direct has an incredible selection. Seriously - it's really, really enjoyable to ogle the cases. Price wise, I'd say they have very fair prices for the stunning pieces on display (and what they can create). But where DD really shines is in their staff & service. Beyond my husband hanging around here for, oh I don't know, 8-10 hours while trying to decide on an diamond for my engagement ring, they really take the time to educate you about your gemstone purchase. They are kind, knowledgeable and understanding - all things you want as part of a hefty purchase. Personally, I've had a few rings reduced in band size so they can fit my fingers and each time they took great care to ensure I was happy with the look and fit afterwards. If you're looking for an engagement ring or just a great piece of jewelry, stop by Diamonds Direct for some of the best selection & service in CLT.
