Even though I gave this store three stars, this is more like a five star rating in terms of Davids Bridal. The Tucson store I've had to go to several times as a bridesmaid and once as someone going to prom is awful.
I've been to this location twice. Once on a Sunday afternoon and today on a Friday evening. The first time was incredibly busy and no one offered to help us or even ask us to step out of the way- they simply pushed past us. I didn't mind as I'm the kind of person who doesn't really like to be bothered.. I'll come to you if I need something. My sister who's also my Maid of Honor, was slightly more vocal about being annoyed we weren't being helped. Eventually, we tracked down some help.
Our rep's name was Eliana and she was busy busy busy! I was expecting her to be rude (again, I'm used to the Tucson store's level of service), but she was friendly for the few minutes we had her help every so often. We spent most of the time looking by ourselves (fine by me!) and about 20min with actual consultant help.
Today, I came with my fiance to drop off a gown I ordered online from Davids to be steamed and to show him the colors I chose for the other girls. We walked in and were greeted by two ladies at the front desk. I was surprised that the store wasn't crowded and I felt much more at ease this time. They directed me where to drop off the gown and I did. They also said if I needed help to let them know and they'd get someone to help me.
We wound up leaving because I'm indecisive, but we'll be back.
A solid 3 stars.
