  • While the techs get the job done, their lack of common sense never fails to amaze me. Maybe it's Arizona, as this never happened in the 46 years I lived in New England. And it isn't only Aqua Science - it's almost every single contractor that comes to the house for work. What am I talking about? Parking across the bottom of the driveway, thereby blocking the homeowners from entering and leaving. One of these days I am going to have a vehicle towed! And how about offering to wear booties, when the service includes walking back and forth from outside to inside over light colored carpeting? Please management, instruct your techs that customers have a life too and not all of the family is going to sit at home until you finish your work. Some of us work too and have to leave the house - or return to it!
