  • I had never had a proper fitting before coming here yesterday. I had been to one of the most popular lingerie stores and every time I went in I was sized differently! First 34B, then 32C then 32D. All were uncomfortable and did not feel right. From my time living in the Annex, I knew you didn't just come to SFYS if you wanted a $30 cotton number, you had to be ready to invest in something that would probably cost $100 plus. So I made my appointment and with the help of Reagan figured out the correct size. She brought be about 10 different bras and fitted them for me. She even took a look at the bra I was currently wearing and evaluated its strengths and weaknesses. She also told me that although 32C was my correct size, if I felt my 34C from other stores felt right, then I should be cool with that because I had to wear it although she felt the band was way too loose. They do fit snug at this place, so if you are used to wearing a bra that is fairly "comfortable" but not supportive, then you're really not going to enjoy being told what size you really are. I'm very averse to 32 because it feels tight and uncomfortable to me but in time I'm sure I will adjust, particularly to the bra I purchased that had very comfortable sides and band. The only downside to this store is you are going to spend A LOT of money. It would be nice if they could carry some brands that are more in the $40-$50 price range. I wanted to leave with two bras but really could only allow myself to buy one. But their stock is excellent quality and you are getting what you pay for. Never putting these in the washing machine! Overall, the fitting was an excellent experience and I am truly happy that I went. Reagan was amazing and helped me out big time. Great experience and I will be back!
