So....A friend of mine told us about this place and we kept saying "yeah yeah...we'll eventually go". Little did I know, I was obviously missing out on a whole wonderful world of wonderfulness!!! Me and Hubs walked in and I almost had a heart attack. I was overwhelmed by the walls and rows, and signs of all things wine and things related to wine! It must have showed on my face because an employee (who was very nice and knowledgeable) walked over to me and picked my mouth off the floor. I told him it was our first time and he immediately took me to the wine tasting counter. I was almost in tears...LOL! Never had I experienced this in Texas. If there was such a place, I didn't know. At all. After the tasting, that SAME employee was waiting on us to point me in the right direction so I wouldn't be lost amongst the fermented grapes. I just told him what I liked and what I was looking for and he suggested two wines for me to try. Was very pleased that they were reasonable in price AND were yummy! We've been back almost every weekend...trying (key word is TRYING) to stock up on my wine....which is almost impossible when I keep drinking it.
Anywho, I love this place and would highly recommend it for those who are advanced in their wine skills and I would also recommend it for those who are uneducated in the way of the grapes! Enjoy!
