  • Finally getting around to writing a review for this AWFUL excuse of a company. Management does everything in their power to dismiss tenant distresses and not deal with problems. The students or younger workers that work there never have any idea what's going on/are very VERY rude when you call with a problem. I lived there last year, and as soon as we moved in, we had MULTIPLE issues in the "brand new three bedroom". As everyone else has already addressed, this company completely overcharges for cheap materials that are very sketchy and dangerous in all reality. First load of laundry we ran? The pipes were not even attached and the entire closet filled with inches of water. First time we used the stovetop? It started smoking, the "maids had not cleaned it well enough so there was leftover grease". The dishwasher? Would not even run, then also leaked water everywhere-all things happening in THE FIRST WEEK. They add on random charges to bills so make sure to dispute anything you don't recognize on your bills-going to the office is the only option since no one will even listen to you if you call. I along with a few other tenants who work for admissions for the university have all had the same experience and often warn students and parents of our experience with this failure of a company-so here's your warning as well. Oh and most recently? They had 5 dead animals outside the exit doors they just never cleaned up. Absolutely disgusting company inside and out.
