  • I have been waiting for three hours for them to change my wheel locks because they never gave us a key. No one has given me an update on progress. 15 minutes ago the van finally went up in the rack to be worked on. This is all with an appointment and the same thing happened with my first free oil change with an appointment. They also gave us the run around through this whole process. I regret buying from here and will never come back here. I ended up being there 4 hours. Ridiculous.
