So let me start off by saying the owner of this establishment is a hard working and very caring man. I've noticed he takes the time to respond not only to negative reviews but positive as well. The following review is 100% true and unbiased. I pulled in here regrettably 15 minutes before closing. I absolutely hate that I did this because I know how frustrating it can be to have that last minute customer when you're ready to go home. It started off horribly. As I pulled in, I made a wrong turn toward the exit of the wash and rolled down my window to ask if they were still open. I heard a yes and then a very profound "NO! We're closed!!" From a gentleman who was making a hand gesture to indicate he wasn't having a last minute customer. Then a man in a yellow shirt approached and let me know they were open and to pull around. I was in desperate need of a wash so I did. I pulled around and was greeted by two young ladies, 1 in training and the other doing the teaching. I got out and let them know what I was going to need etc. I let them know I'd need a dog hair treatment because well, I have 3 Siberian Huskies who happen to be blowing their coats. There were copious amounts of hair so I had no issue whatsoever paying the extra fee. I was getting ready to walk in when I overheard one of the car wash techs making extremely negative comments about the hair in my car in Spanish. I guess I don't look bilingual lol. I was upset and decided to leave because honestly it was quite embarrassing to hear his comments. However the young lady Alma profusely apologized and scolded the young guy and asked to please make it up to me. I very reluctantly accepted her offer and do not regret for 1 second doing so. I walked in, paid and hung out in the amazing lounge they've got set up. Arcade games, televisions, massage chairs and a complimentary soda fountain. It was incredible! I picked out a complimentary air freshener and had a lovely conversation with the gentleman in yellow from earlier. Turns out he was the owner! We talked and laughed and he even let me know about a few business ideas I had inspired from my visit. I gave him a tip on his beautiful gazebo outside and mentioned the horrible experience I had upon entering. He was visibly disappointed and reassured me he would talk to his guys because after all he is a small business owner and his success comes from his customers so everyone has to be on point. I appreciated this so much. I let him know I'd write my review very soon so if you're reading this expect to see me weekly! You've gained a customer for life! Thank you to you and your team for turning my experience around and leaving my car absolutely spotless. The hand wash makes all the difference. She looks dealership ready haha.
