  • It was down and dirty pho. Sometimes this is a good thing, but what bugs me is I don't know why everyone raves so much about this place. The broth was good, not over or under seasoned, but for me that's just what I expect from traditional cooking. You gotta really be out of it to screw up something perfected over many generations. I'm taking it down a star for reasons of relativity. It's not the best pho in town, let alone even china town. Looking downtown? Golden turtle shows more creativity.
