  • Addison was incredibly helpful and gave me piece of mind from the get-go---a combination of his style of interaction, communication, and education. It is nearly impossible for people who know this much about tech also to be able to break it down for non-tech people without either thinly veiled hostility, contempt, or being patronizing---Addison was 180-degrees the opposite. I can't believe what an accessible light touch he has in breaking things down into layperson's terms, but meanwhile conveying substantive complex information, with credibility and clear sense of competency and advanced knowledge and expertise. He fixed my computer with aplomb and skill. I was a wreck when I arrived, thinking my laptop was shot. So, kudos all around! I also appreciated the music that was playing, and at a perfect volume. The guys other than Addison in the store were welcoming, friendly and kind, although they were all quite busy--they never seemed annoyed, rushed, or interrupted. I will return for additional tune-up service, and should I purchase a new computer would come to you first. Thank you for your top-notch operation.
