I was just in the store and was purchasing 24 gift cards for my company. I had a company card to pay for the purchase. I just purchased $300 dollars a few weeks ago and weeks before that with no issue using the same card.. This time I was rejected and told I needed a company card with a chip in it.
As the policy just changed and I couldn't do it. She called the manager and without coming out just said no. This is horrific service. I can understand issues but I'm a constant customer at this location and have never had an issue before. I had personal ID and a business card on hand. My father is the owner of the company and it had the company I work for named on the card. I spend a lot of time picking out the cards and to have them all scanned and then told basically I cant be trusted is horrible to me. Anyways, this experience was a complete waste of time and embarrassing.
