Rounding up from 2.5. Cool layout and setting, attentive but inexperienced staff. Fun, novel ideas with the drinks. But the food was really nowhere near as good as you would expect. You can cook better at home, but you just won't call everything by fancy names. It's great to offer handmade pasta, and not to overcook it, but i'm convinced my raviolis never saw boiling water.
Bottom line: they're trying way too hard before the kitchen is comfortable with the basics. Either that, or the place is wildly inconsistent and we've caught it on off times. Will definitely give them a few months and go back to update, if they make it.
