I discovered this company through Groupon a few months ago. While the Groupon is a great deal and their paddle boards are great quality, the customer service needs a lot of work. I had the exact same experience of poor customer service twice now. Reservations are required but it takes an act of God to get anyone on the phone or even return a voicemail. And whoever the girl is that works the front desk who always has a dumbfounded look on her face when someone walks in needs to go. Twice I have walked in to inquire about rentals and both times I've gotten that look and told "you have to ask the guy at the dock". Prices may be great, but I'll take my business across the lake where the prices are a few bucks more, and service is better.
