My girl friend Bernadette and I Robin checked in to the hotel after driving 5 hours to Las Vegas from Los Angeles on June 3 (Friday). We got there at 1:30am and the lady at the front desk showed us great customer service by promptly getting us checked in. When we got to our room we then started to get settled in and when we rolled back the covers on the bed we noticed a BUG on the sheets. I then used a piece of paper to pick up the bug and we took it to the office to show the lady. She then asked us if we wanted to cancel our reservation and we did. I am giving this place a 1star because the lady was very nice to us. As far as the cleanliness of doesn't deserve a star. The place needs better cleaning this is not acceptable. I made a video of it also.
