Worst customer service I've ever experienced. When we went in we decided which cake we want looking at the shelf, came back to our seat and ordered from the menu(with tea). The cake that came wasn't the one we wanted, and we realized that's because the labels were mixed up in the shelf. As soon as the cake came we mentioned it wasn't the one we thought, so could you please change it to a different one. We didn't even touch the cake and asked politely. And the server flat said that's the one we ordered. Umm, we know, but it was because the labels weren't placed properly! We explained, but he repeatedly said that's what we ordered, then he snatched the plate away and said "whatever". I couldn't believe what I heard, "whatever"? You don't say that to a customer like that. Is switching an untouched cake to a different one seriously that hard? The cake we got tasted like nothing but sugar, and the tea tasted like metal. More than anything, such server shouldn't be in a service industry.
