  • Had my computer in for hard-drive failure. They initially quoted $200 to recover the data. This jumped to $500 when they could not recover anything initially and there was no guarantee of recovering anything. I was informed that my computer was now e-waste, that I should go pick it up and recycle it in order to get something out of it. When I arrived they decided to keep it and recycle it for themselves. I won't be returning.
