First off the girls that worked there were sweet, however it was not a pleasant experience. I went in with my boyfriend one day to show him this ice cream place I grown to love so much. As we walked in I noticed it there was a a small crowd aka a mother and daughter. I thought they were waiting for their order ,but went out of sight. My boyfriend and I stood there patiently waiting as we looked over the flavors. The girls were busy and one of them told us that we would be helped shortly As we stood under the "order here " sign, another couple walks in and starts looking at flavors. Another girl behind the counter tells us she will be right with us and helps that very couple that walked in after us. Not only were we a little confused but as adults we considered it as a mistake. Then the girl proceeded to help the mother and daughter group after disappearing. I found it a little more reasonable to forgive that over the first group. And then another group walked in and were helped immediately. The original lady added some extra ice cream to make up for the loss of time. However we did wait quite a bit and my boyfriend was ready to walk out the door. Perhaps a different line system? It was just a little frustrating seeing the people after us walk out happily without saying a word of us being there first.
