rev:text	So after a quite a while, between my two jobs and school, I managed to squeeze in a massage session. I have always had Melissa H. And all these years that I have been going to her, when I say, "I am booking for Melissa", NO ONE clarified NOR asked, "Melissa who, cause we have FOUR Melissas? " or anything to that effect but I get booked for Melissa H just fine. I come in today, got checked in and here came the Melissa who I have never seen before greeting me. I must admit my facial expression had said something about what I somehow feel inside as I looked at the three front desk staff. I was trying to calm my self down and I believe I managed to cause I even said to the "Mel" in front of me, "no offense". I also went inside with this "Mel" and almost to the massage room, however, when I politely asked, "Does Melissa still work here? I just want the truth.". This "Mel" who is supposed to be great, answered me in a tone of voice that was totally uncalled for. So I walked back out to the front desk, very disappointed and frustrated to say the least! They dropped the ball yet did not know how to make a good recovery. It was my time wasted, they caused me grief but no one offered anything to at least console me, not even a cup of filtered water. But this branch is really poor on that area. The only reason I come to this location is because of Melissa H. If I could give half a a star I would have given that rating. Overall this location suck big time at customer service.
