Honestly, 75% of my interaction with the employees at this location have not been the greatest. I ask questions and they just say,rudely, that they don't know instead of trying to find out for me. It makes me nervous to even ask any questions. Maybe it's time to consider retraining in customer service.
Update.. after waiting five minutes in the fish department I had my daughter run up to ask Kevin to call someone to help us. The guy who was called walked straight past us and helped someone else. Then, after waiting five minutes again because these guys were having a long conversation, a female came out and asked if we needed anything and I said yes, we had someone called out to help us but he didn't. She rolled her eyes and started grabbing our shrimp. No apology or thanks for waiting? You guys are terrible and I'm going to start making the drive to any other pet store because Kevin doesn't deserve my bad mood after I deal with the other rude employees in this store.
Kevin, you're amazing and you hold the store together with your customer service. Everyone else needs to get replaced.
