  • This delivery service is horrible, there are hundreds of complaints online, especially if you order from amazon. I've had several of my packages miraculously vanish or claiming to be delivered. One time I found my package 2 weeks later in the neighbors hedge, completely soaked. Look up youtube videos, they seem to enjoy tossing packages out the window regardless of what's in it. Still waiting on my last delivery, the Charlotte office is non responsive to calls and goes straight to voicemail. Avoid if you can.
