rev:text	This company has the absolute WORST customer service and they do an absolutely horrible job grooming dogs. I have two Australian shepherds that I took to get groomed here and after giving them VERY specific instructions to give them a TRIM and JUST GET THE KNOTS OUT they completely shaved them. For everyone that does not know much about Australian Shepherds, they have an under coat and you are NEVER supposed to shave them, it can completely ruin their coats and any professional groomer knows this. I finally got in touch with the manager, Roxanne, after calling for OVER A WEEK (they kept telling me that she would call me back and she never did) and she was EXTREMELY rude and not empathetic in any way. She would NOT refund me my money because she said that the groomer went over everything that he was going to do beforehand by showing the blade that he was going to use. I understand that he is just trying to protect his job by saying that, but he completely lied, THAT NEVER HAPPENED. I told him to ABSOLUTELY NOT SHAVE MY DOGS and that is exactly what he did. He never brought any blades out to show me what he was going to do, that is a bold face lie. Roxanne told me that since the groomer is claiming that he did what he was supposed to do, which is a lie, she will not refund me my money. I will absolutely NEVER go back here and I hope other Aussie owners, or any dog that has an under coat in general, read this before going here. I don't want this to happen to anyone else, Australian Shepherds coats are way too beautiful to have someone just ruin them like they ruined both of mine.
