  • My family had been going here for years - this last trip the service was beyond bad and the food was mediocre at best - I tend to not leave bad reviews after only one bad trip and many good but the response I received from management via email after not getting anywhere with the supposed manager onsite was to imply I was lying about the length of time it took for our order, original beverage orders and subsequent refills and the actual meal itself - when I responded to that was suggested I go elsewhere and that he serves a number of people a week without incident - after reviewing other yelp reviews it seems that something is going on there and they indeed have a problem. So beware - there are not that many similar restaurants on Fremont and as our Vegas trips always include at least a day on Fremont we will be looking for another standard to eat at - have visited three to four times a year for about 6 years - I even took a group of 20 here for a birthday breakfast I loved it that much! Too bad! We visited August 7th around the noon hour.
