One boy in particular works here knows where I work and asks how my day was/shift was and he is always attentive. However, service seems to get worse every time I go. I waited 3 1/2 minutes for a tea once that was sitting on the counter right in front of me but all the teenagers that work there were too busy talking to take my money, give me my tea, and send me on my way. Half the time I dont get my total over the speaker and when I get to the window they don't smile or greet me, they take my money and hand my drink out. More customer service training REQUIRED
