I called Dino's to schedule a service for my jenn-air cook top. The inital service tech wasn't overly flexible on his schedule, so I missed the first appointment by 3 minutes. I was dissappointed that he couldn't just make a u-turn and come back, and had to play a game of telephone with the main office just to get another visit scheduled. Tech #2 was on-time (as was I) and quickly diagnosed what he suspected to be the issue. Part needed to be ordered so that is frustrating but understandable - still waiting on the part to be delivered. Dino's could work on being more proactive with back ordered parts, but I understand that they have multiple suppliers for parts. I suspect I will use Dino's again - good and responsive overall.
