rev:text	I moved here on April 15th and absolutely LOVE this place. Like every place we can find things wrong with Estates but over all it is a very clean property the apartment size is perfect we have a 3 bedroom and it is enough space for my husband and I and our 4 kids. Plenty of amenities to keep us busy pool side is beautiful. Maria in the office is very helpful I recommend you speak with her. I haven't had an issue in my apartment yet so can not speak about how maintenance is. I do recommend this place it's beautiful and plenty of things to do around the area without having to drive very far.
