| - Today I purchased a wood salad bowl "Liptor" from the website of Sears, they had the best price of $35 versus $65 and up. Im still flaming about todays incident, i am not sure if its the employee's attitude, maybe lack of pride in his work or the fact It is now approaching 9pm and I still cant reach a manager at that store and there is no place to file a written complaint.
I think its amazing that I have been getting a email all after noon to complete a survey that wont work due to a highly negative rating from me. It doesn't even provide a phone number to call to reach someone on their management team.
The product they attempted to have one of their "gangsta" thugs bring out to me when I purchased it on the web was ridiculous, they really should spend some time training their employees on conntroling their body language. Not only was I unable to get anyones name in the merchandise pickup department, I couldnt get this guy to honor my request and have his supervisor come and see me, he was unprofessional and threatning. He should know better than? to puff up his chest and bite his lip like he does other places when women don't do as he wants.
When he came out with the bowl I ordered it was under his armpit, it was not packaged, bagged or boxed, it was scratched and marred, it appeared to be used. I thought he was wanting me to just see the bowl first, he handed it to me and then said sign for receiving my bowl. I told him after he brought my bowl out I would but guess what that's my bowl and he wanted me to sign, I asked 6 times for his supervisor before this goon backed aways from me to the warehouse door and glaring like he would slap me down anytime.
I want to speak to Sears Management about this, can anyone provide me a number for management directly as no one and I mean no one will route me, I am place on hold and just left.
