  • I have been a loyal customer with both my company vehicle and my personal. I've sent in numerous friends and family as soon as Josh took over. However, now that Josh is apparently departing they have 2 VERY unprofessional individuals running the shop. I sent my daughter in today for a "smog test" at 4:40 pm. She asked for Josh and the bearded Shawn said VERY rudely that Josh had left 2 hours ago, AND that they were closed. It was 4:40 in the afternoon. Website and sign on the door says that they close at 5:00 PM. After receiving the rude, unprofessional nasty reply my daughter walked out and walked across the parking lot to their competitor and had her smog test performed almost immediately and for less money. When the competitor completed the smog test it was before 5:00 and the Purrfect Auto staff was STILL in their shop. Not so much for closing at 4:40 in the afternoon, except that they lost 2 loyal and consistent customers. Along with ALL the other clients I've sent over to them.
