  • Elena is an angel on earth. We called Elena is a crisis situation because our family member decided on a weekend that she wanted to transition to an assisted living facility. She was currently in a rehabilitative hospital and decided that her home wasn't safe for her any longer, but was being discharged the next day. We called Elena on a Sunday morning, and she came out and met with our family, interviewed our mother about what her goals and desires were, and then took us on a tour of four different facilities; all of which were excellent. By the end of the afternoon we had made a decision we were all comfortable. On Monday morning our mother was discharged from the hospital and made the smooth transition to her new, safe, and loving home. Elena followed up with us and with the facility to make sure everything was a great fit. Elena turned a difficult situation into an relatively easy process.
