I try to be pretty understanding when it comes to customer service issues in food places, but this place was awful. I went with a friend of mine and ordered a frapacino while she tried samples. It took the man working the counter extra time to even acknowledge us because he was so openly fixated on his phone. The coffee I was given took almost 5 minutes to make, cost almost $5, and consisted entirely of foam with no actual coffee to be found. Saw him go back to his phone again before even looking up at the line that had formed behind me.
To be fair, I've heard that the gelato is good if overpriced. But I won't be back regardless.
