  • They responded quickly to check the water heater. Since it was leaking they recommended replacing it. The home warranty took care of that but when it came down to changing out the board that the water heater was sitting on, Pruitts answer was "you h ave to choices: hire a company to change it or change it yourself.: I asked them why they dont change it they told me "we would be happy to change your install date so you can have time to have it replaced." I told them i have no water heater and so i need to have it installed as scheduled otherwise my wife and 4 children will have to have cold showers! They just dont care.
