I love my couches.. but a four days after I received them I finally inspected them due to it had been fourth of july weekend and I was very busy I saw these tiny tears on the corners of the couch and a tear on the cushion on the side you don't sit on. I called customer care on july 10th and they had delivered them on the 5th late afternoon. they told me to send pictures and I did. called Monday morning the 14th they told me they can send someone out but if they feel like it wasn't their mistake they are going to charge me for the visit? like really is that a way of just trying to get people to say no nevermind don't check them so much for their customer care or anything. Im really annoyed by this. they are coming out on Friday and lets see if they decide if this was their fault or not, they swear like someone would want to mess up their own couches after like 4 days. stupid.
