  • When we had to make the painful decision to have our beloved dog Taz put to sleep after a very brief and unexpected illness, we decided to call Gentle Journey and have the euthanasia take place at Entrusted Pets in Scottsdale. Lauren met us when we arrived and took us to their Comfort Room giving us privacy to spend our last moments with Taz. She then introduced us to Dr. Haley. Dr. Haley explained the entire process to us. Her comforting, reassuring words and warm personality made a devastating experience much more bearable. Because of the serene surroundings and kindness of Lauren, our last memories with our beloved Taz are ones of peacefulness and calm. Sincerely, The Keil Family
